Application Process

Shortlisted candidates will go through the following steps:

Computer Based Test (CBT): The CBT is designed to test the verbal, quantitative, spatial reasoning and cognitive ability of pre-selected candidates. General Industry knowledge in relation to economic development will be tested. Candidates will also be required to provide evidence of relevant qualifications/credentials for verification also.

Assessment Centre: Successful candidates from the CBT will be invited for the Assessment Centre stage of the recruitment process. At this level, candidates are expected to demonstrate key competencies required for a successful career in the industry.

Executive Interview: Successful candidates who made it through the various assessments will have a final interview with Management.

Training School: Applicants who make it through the Assessment Centre will be enrolled in our intensive Graduate Training School program where they will be exposed to the practical, social and technical aspects of working in the company and the sector.

A – We aim to move candidates quickly through the application process and also keep everyone informed. The process will run for 6 weeks.
A: Course of study at higher institution is irrelevant but you must meet the grade requirement stipulated. 
A: Training school programme will last for 1 month.

A: Yes, all Graduate Trainees will be paid an allowance during the induction programme.

A: Qualified and experienced professionals will be tasked with the responsibility to find suitable roles for shortlisted candidates based on their strengths and performance throughout the recruitment process.

A: Remuneration package is attractive with lots of opportunities for growth.

A: Candidates are expected to be available for all stages of the application process. Therefore, all candidates should have completed their NYSC programme by the start of the recruitment process.

A: Yes. All applicants will be informed of their status via mail.
